You come by with your gold, silver or jewellery, we value it free of charge and in front of you based on the daily rate, and you decide whether you sell.
How do I sell my gold?
In four steps. You come to the agreed location, we determine the carat content and weigh the pure gold on a calibrated scale, you receive an offer based on the current daily rate, and once we agree we pay you instantly with a receipt by email. Everything happens transparently and in front of you.
What do I get when I sell my gold?
The price follows the current gold rate, recalculated to the weight and carat content of your piece. We determine the exact value during the valuation in front of you, with no hidden costs. You can always see today’s gold price live on our gold price page.
When is a good time to sell gold?
That depends mainly on the gold rate and on your own situation. The rate has been historically high in recent years. We do not give investment advice, but you can follow the rate and its trend yourself and decide when it suits you.
How much gold can I sell tax-free?
For old gold, scrap gold and jewellery there is usually no tax. For investment gold such as bars and recognised coins, a capital gains tax has applied since 2026. You can read more about this on our page about capital gains tax on gold.
Do I need an appointment to sell gold?
An appointment is not required. You come to the location in your municipality, usually between 10am and 5pm. A quick phone call is always possible, and we will agree on a time that suits you.
